While we always pack and ship your jewelry as quickly as possible, please know that transit times may be a little longer than usual. Processing Times
We know you can’t wait to enjoy your new jewelry! Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require 5–7 business days to process. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your jewelry every step of the way.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled, as we want to get your jewelry to you quickly and safely.
What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the US?
For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges will be collected upon delivery by the carriers for specific packages. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover these costs, as we only charge transportation fees for the packages. We recommend contacting your country's customs office to determine the additional costs you may incur.
