Refund policy
At Dream Jewelry, we want every piece you receive to bring you joy, confidence, and a sense of being truly special. If for any reason it doesn’t, don’t worry—we’re here to make it right. Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind while you shop.
60-Day Returns
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. We believe this gives you plenty of time to decide if your new piece is just right for you. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund right away. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Prefer to swap for another style? No problem! We happily accept exchanges within 60 days.
The easiest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you’d like, then return the original piece you don’t want. This way, your new jewelry ships out right away without waiting for the return to be processed.
- Returned items must be in original condition.
- Customers cover the shipping costs to send items back.
- We’ll process your refund for the returned item as soon as it arrives and passes inspection.
Responsibility for Returned Items
While we do everything we can to support smooth returns, please note that customers take full responsibility for items being returned to us.
- We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Any item returned that is determined by our Quality Control team to show signs of wear, missing parts, or damage caused by the customer will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. No refund will be issued.
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for all non-defective, non-exchange returns to cover the cost of inspection, sanitation, and repackaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
We include this policy to ensure that every customer receives their jewelry in brand-new condition.
